1. Every customized manifestation painting created by D’artmanifests, is an original piece of art and is created keeping the clients best interests in mind always, based on the information provided by the client to our team.

2. Hence it is to be understood that the team of D’artmanifests is only bound by the +information provided by the client. Also it is the client’s sole responsibility to provide accurate information and double verify the information provided to the D’artmanifests team.

3. It is also necessary to note that the manifestation of any particular thing would be dependent on numerous parameters. D’artmanifests works on the principle of creating original art for the client with the use of colours, forms, shapes, elements, based on the principles of Vastu Shastra, Astrology, Numerology, Feng shui, Law of attraction and other such proven principles and theories which balance out negative energies and add positive energies and a general sense of well being . The client needs to understand that sometimes there might be other influences unrelated to our painting which could affect the degree of manifestation possible from our painting.

4. It is also important to understand that the original art that is done for every client, is highly specific for him/her and the results and experiences attained by one client cannot be compared with any other client. Our testimonials depict that our paintings have provided more than satisfactory benefits to our clients, but it should not be

considered that it may do so for every client in exactly similar ways. Also this general re-balancing of energies should not be assumed to bring about life altering or massive changes in the clients life.

5. While the aesthetic value of the paintings is always an important criteria in development of the design, the primary criteria would be the achievement of manifestation of the customers requirements and hence the esthetics of the painting may match or exceed or not match the clients expectations. The detailed work of the concept and design would be shared with every client and the art work would start only after the approval of the concept and design by the client. Also the client may witness the art being made by receiving images of the major steps during its creation from D’artmanifests. This is an initiative from D’artmanifests to ensure the customers are satisfied with their painting and are privy to its development at every stage.

No complaint regarding the aesthetic value or the results obtained after receiving the art work would be entertained. However, every client’s feedback is vital to us no matter positive or negative. We will surely try and resolve any problems which are communicated to us. This would solely be based on the discretion of D’artmanifests.

6. It is to be understood by all the clients that the art created for them is just a medium of fulfilling their desires. It is not however the ultimate solution for their fulfillment. Hence in the rare case of their desires not being manifested, the client should consider investigation into other factors causing a hindrance in their desire fulfillment. We can help with connecting the customer to the appropriate experts if and when required.

7. Every client may experience difference in the time in which they may experience the results after they put up the art work in the specified location as advised by the experts at D’artmanifests. It is advised to wait at least for a period of 2 to 6 months before one can expect the painting to begin showing its effects.

8. D’artmanifests wont be responsible for the experience of manifestation from the painting, if the art work is put up in a different location, different direction, not maintained as suggested or if any other articles or artefacts are put up on the same wall, without any prior information shared with the D’artmanifests team.
