How long will my order take to arrive?

On average, orders will be dispatched within 30 to 45 working days after the payment is realised in our account. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the least time possible, we ship exclusively through reputed courier companies. In the event that the courier company is unable to deliver in your area, we will ship your items via India Post.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders in India International shipping would be charged at actual shipping rates applicable

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my order?

We can accommodate an address change request only in cases where we are informed of address change prior to the dispatch of product(s).

Please make the request to us by the following means:

No change in address can be accepted for said product after the dispatch of the product.

The client would have to bear the extra cost of the transport in such cases.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no cancellation allowed after the payment is made and/or the art work is begun. There is no provision for any refund if the client has a change of heart after the project is taken up and work is begun

What is your returns policy ?

Since all of our products are personalised, unfortunately returns cannot be entertained on any product.
